Chaitra Navratri is considered to be the beginning of the Hindu New Year.
Hindu New Year Navasamvatsar 2079 is starting from 02 April 2022. Chaitra month is the first month of the Hindu New Year. Vikram Samvat Panchang is given the most importance in Indian calculus. Hindu New Year i.e. Vikram Samvat 2079 is going to start from Saturday, 02 April.
