🙏🏻 The ten-day Ganesh Chaturthi has started from August 31st. During these ten days, worship of Lord Ganesha is of special importance. The Sri Ganesha issue describes 12 names of Lord Ganesha, which are spoken and worshiped by Lord Ganesha, all the sufferings of man are destroyed and all his wishes are fulfilled.

🌷 Verse-

प्रथमं वक्रतुण्ड च एकदन्तं द्वितीयकम्, तृतीयं कृष्णपिड्गाक्षं गजवक्त्रं चतुर्थकम्।।
लम्बोदरं पंचमं च षष्ठं विकटमेव च, सप्तमं विघ्नराजेन्द्रं धूम्रवर्ण तथाष्टमम्।।
नवमं भालचन्द्रं च दशमं तु विनायकम्, एकादशं गणपतिं द्वादर्श तु गजाननम्।।
द्वादशैतानि नामानि त्रिसंध्यं यः पठेन्नरः, न च विध्नभयं तस्य सर्वसिद्धिकरं परम्।।

The first name is Vakratunda, the second Ekdant, the third Krishnapidgaksha, the fourth Gajavaktra, the fifth Lambodar, the sixth Vikata, the seventh Vighnarajendra, the eighth Dhoomavarna, the ninth Bhalchandra, the tenth Vinayaka, the eleventh Ganapati and the twelfth Gajajan. A person who chants these twelve names of Lord Ganesha every day, all his obstacles (troubles) are eliminated.

🌷 What are the benefits of reciting these 12 names?
🌷 Verse-

विद्यार्थी लभते विद्यां, धनार्थी लभते धनम्।
पुत्रार्थी लभते पुत्रान्, मोक्षार्थी लभते गतिम्।।
🙏🏻 That is, by reciting these twelve names of Lord Ganesha, the one who wants knowledge gets knowledge, the one who wants wealth gets wealth, the one who wants son gets son and the one who wants salvation gets salvation.
