Sadgati by Tulsi

The one who chants and remembers Sri Hari at the time of his death and whose body is cremated with Tulsi wood, does not take rebirth. The one who gives up his life by planting basil in the top, becomes free from sin. The one who cremates the dead man after giving Tulsi wood in all the organs, he also gets free from sin. (Padma Purana)

🔹 Use Tulsi-wood as appropriate in the mouth, stomach and head.

🔹 Using Tulsi wood in fire rituals ensures the well being of the deceased.

Precious keys to relieve constipation

If the stomach is not clean in the morning, stand after drinking lukewarm water and press the chin in the middle of the throat and pull the body by raising the hand. Jump on toes. Then lie down straight, exhale and hold it and pull in the anus 30 – 32 times, release loosely, then inhale. This is called Sthalbasti. If you do this three times, then the contraction and expansion of the anus will happen about a hundred times. This will automatically clear the stomach. And if any of the innumerable diseases caused by constipation is hidden, it will come out.

If hundreds of digestive-related diseases are to be eradicated, then the stomach should be cleaned before sunrise between 5 to 7 in the morning… otherwise the first rays of the sun should hit the body; Taking a sun bath also helps in clearing the stomach.

  • 🔸Many people clean their stomach by sitting on the commode (western style toilet) just like they sit on a chair. Their stomach is not clean, it causes harm. The toilet should be simple i.e. with a footstool on the ground. At the time of defecation, there should be pressure on the intestines, only then the stomach will be cleaned properly. First put the weight of the body on the left leg and then on the right leg. In this way, by applying pressure on both the feet, it affects both the small and large intestines, which helps in cleaning the stomach. So sit on the toilet in the same way that there is weight on the feet. Excretion while moving the right swara and urinating while moving the left swara strengthens health.
