To break the habit of alcohol
Those who have the habit of drinking alcohol, drink Gaujharan extract instead of alcohol every day. This will leave his alcohol addiction, as well as many of his diseases will also be removed.

What to do in throat and chest diseases
1) In case of sore throat, cough, phlegm, infection etc., close the mouth by keeping half a teaspoon of ground turmeric in the mouth. Inhaling turmeric with saliva provides relief in all the above diseases. In the problem of tonsils of children, take advantage of this experiment by not doing an operation. (Amount of turmeric for children – one and a half teaspoon)
2) In severe chest diseases like – DMA, chronic cough, pneumonia etc., filtering half a cup of fresh cow urine with cloth 7 times in the morning is beneficial. If cow urine is not available, it is also beneficial to take 10-15 grams of Gojharan extract prepared in the cowshed of the ashram and mix the same amount of water. Drinking cow urine continuously for 5-6 months also provides relief in tuberculosis (TB).
*3) Taking 1 – 2 grams of cinnamon powder mixed with jaggery or honey on an empty stomach daily with hot water is beneficial.

Offer water to Tulsi everyday and light a lamp of cow’s ghee.
In the morning, after applying tilak of white sandalwood on the bilvapatra, offer water to the Shivling and pray with full devotion.
