Specially useful expectorant drink in the spring season.
In half a liter of water, add 3 to 5 bay leaves, 1 or 2 pieces of 2 inch ginger (chopped) and 3-4 cloves and boil it for 10-15 minutes. When it cools down, add 2 spoons of honey after filtering and keep it. Drink it three to four times a day by adding it little by little in half a cup of lukewarm water. Diabetes can also be taken without adding honey.
*Benefits: This experiment is interesting, digestive, blood purifier, and excellent expectorant. Useful in cold, cold and cough. There are more phlegm problems in the spring, so it is especially useful in these days. Due to the presence of cloves in it, this application easily removes the phlegm accumulated in the trachea. Ginger is helpful in fighting the virus.
Do’s and don’ts in spring

3] Waking up before sunrise, take morning air intake, pranayama, yogasana – exercise, massage, bath with rubbish and burn.
4] Putting a little carom seeds on coals and consuming its smoke, it is beneficial in cold, cold, phlegm headache etc.
5] Mixing honey in 2 to 3 grams of myrobalan powder and taking it on an empty stomach in the morning gives the benefits of chemicals.
What not to do from February 18 to April 19
- 1] Consumption of sour, sweet, brackish, aliphatic (made from ghee-oil), late-digesting and cold substances is not beneficial, so do not consume them in excess.
2] New wheat and rice, citrus fruits, potatoes, urad dal, lotus – cucumber, arvi, paneer, pistachio, cashew, custard apple, orange, curd, sugarcane, new jaggery, buffalo milk, water chestnut, jackfruit etc. is harmful
3] Sleeping during the day, sleeping in the dew, waking up at night, not doing hard work is harmful. Don’t overwork or exercise too much.
4] Do not consume ice cream, cold drinks and cold water from the fridge.
