How to protect health in autumn

Important things to note in autumn:
1] Roganam Shardi Mata | This autumn is the mother of diseases. Pitta accumulated in the rainy season gets scorched in this season. That is why that pitta is quenched in the moonlight of Sharad Purnima.
Kheer should be eaten in this season. Kheer is called ‘Rasraj’ in food. When Sita Mata was imprisoned in Ashok Vatika, what would she eat the food sent by Ravana, then Indra used to send Kheer and Sitaji used to eat it.
2] In this season, milk, ghee, rice, gourd, petha, grapes, raisins, black grapes and fruits according to the season protect health. Eating Gulkand also produces choleretic power. At night (at least an hour before going to sleep) take sips of sweet milk while rotating the mouth again and again. 7-8 glasses of water go into the body in a day, it is good for health.
3] It is wise to give up sour, salty, pungent substances and heavy doses. Fried things, pickled food, late night or stale food and sleeping late are health hazards because autumn is the mother of diseases. If there is any minor disease, it will flare up in this season, so make it sit.
4] Bitter juice is very useful in autumn. Sometimes chewed bitter gourd, sometimes chewed 10-12 leaves of neem. This bitter juice does not taste good, but it makes you hungry and digests the food.
5] There is also a mantra to cure digestion:
Agastyam Kumbhakarna Cha Shanin Cha Vadavanalam |
Aharaparipakartha Smred Bhiman Cha Panchamam ||
By reciting this mantra, rotating the hand on the stomach also keeps the digestive system fine.
6] Frequent mouth movement (food) is not good, eat twice a day. And it should be sattvik and digestible. Eat food calmly and happily. Eat the food as a prasad by looking at (water, moist) flooded with the name of God.
7] After 50 years health remains slightly measured, immunity remains suppressed. At this time, eating salt, sugar and ghee-oil, taking care of the condition of digestion, eat even a little too much, it is injurious to health.
8] The eyes of some would be burning, turning red. Some would have a headache. So take a sip of water in your mouth and keep gargling (rinse) inside and if you get a silver vessel or whatever you get, fill your eyes with water in it and keep on spitting. Do this by filling your mouth with water again and then dipping the other eye. Then repeat it a few times. This will remove heat from the eyes and head. There will be relief in headache and burning of eyes and there will be increase in eyesight.
9] If you want to be healthy and enjoy sattvik happiness, then do not forget to get up before sunrise. The key to health and happiness is to take air in the morning. When the rays of the sun have not come out and the rays of the moon have become calm, then there is an effect of sattvakta in the atmosphere. In scientific language, at this time there is a lot of ozone in the air and there is more evidence of anion in the atmosphere. She is healthy The morning breeze also gives some comfort to the patient.
