🍺 Those who have the habit of drinking alcohol should drink Gaujharan extracts instead of alcohol daily. This will help him get rid of his alcohol addiction, along with many of his diseases will also go away.

🌷 What to do in throat and chest diseases 🌷
➡ 1) In case of sore throat, cough, phlegm, infection, etc., keep half a teaspoon of ground turmeric in your mouth and close your mouth. Taking turmeric with saliva provides relief in all the above mentioned diseases. In the problem of tonsils of children, take advantage of this experiment by not doing operation. (Amount of turmeric for children – 1/2 teaspoon)
➡ 2) Drinking half a cup of fresh cow urine 7 times in the morning after filtering it with a cloth is beneficial in serious chest diseases like DMA, chronic cough, pneumonia etc. If cow urine is not available, then taking 10-15 grams of cow’s extract prepared in the ashram’s cowshed and mixing it with the same amount of water is also beneficial. Drinking cow urine continuously for 5-6 months gives relief in Tuberculosis (T.B.) also.
➡ 3) It is beneficial to take 1-2 grams of cinnamon powder mixed with jaggery or honey with warm water every day on an empty stomach in asthma.
