Yes you can replace an item which are replaceable. We have mentioned if a product is replaceable or not for every product your order. The To-and-fro shipping charges for replacement to born by the buyer.

Yes we take order over the phone. You can also place your order over what app. You can send usthe list of the items you want and we will pack it for your and send you the Invoice to make the payment.

After you have placed the order, we will check the stock and confirm the order and start processing the same. We do not have stock management so once the order is confirmed then only the order will be dispatched. If we do not have the stock then we will refund the complete payment.

We have products which are returnable and can be returned by paying To-and-fro shipping and packaging charges for the product. We will deduct the same from the order and refund the complete amount.
